After that hike, I was in need of more water and some food. So I went back to the level of the monastery for lunch. I wandered around to find a place to eat, then I saw "the stairway of understanding". Each step symbolises one of the levels of understanding as they were defined by Catalan philosopher Ramon Llull:

I was looking for this and wanted to climb the steps, but there's a tall fence around it to keep people from doing so...
