The last place I visited was Hospital de la Santa Creu i de Sant Pau. An entire hospital built in Catalan modernism style. I adored this place so much; it made my heart sing! Apart from the exquisite beauty, patient care was important in the design of the hospital. It consists of several pavilions rather than one building. The gardens with fresh air were there to help patients recover.
