Last Autumn I joined my sister on a trip to Ghent. I don't think I'd visited the city before and was delighted with its beauty! This photo is taken from the Sint-Michielsbrug. The building on the right hand side is the old post office which was designed by the same architect as the bridge: Louis Cloquet. In the background on the right hand edge there's the St. Nicholas' Church (Dutch: Sint-Niklaaskerk).
