The mill.

This is the Pollismolen. It has been in existance since the 11th century and here is a bit of its more recent history: in 1830 the mill was still made out of wood and loam. It was only later that it was built in stone. In 1970 the mill was set on fire by some kids. Nowerdays it's protected but buckwheat is still milled there for the restaurant on the property to use.
