Since I spotted the first poppies of the year a while back, I've been
looking out for some to photograph. They kept on vanishing everywhere
I'd seen them, but thanks to a stroll to the ice cream parlour with my
neighbour and my favourite dog yesterday, I caught them red-leaved
today! They're so bright, it looks like they radiate light!
