Today, my friend A. and I met at the market square in Maaseik. Shops were open, there were fire pits, drinks and horse drawn carriages. After one quick Christmas present-purchase, we sat down and had a drink and we strolled around and wandered about and we sat down and had a drink and we chatted and watched the lights. And so we chilled but never got cold. This is winter warmth.
